Hello – my name is Daniela. I live and work mostly in Switzerland. But because my parents live in Italy and the two houses on the sotto i pini-property are family-owned, I regularly spend a few weeks a year there, with family and friends. There’s always a lot of work to do. From April to October, however, the houses are also available for rent.

The country estate is located in Sant’Elpidio a Mare near the Adriatic coast (Region: Le Marche; Province: Fermo). The 2 houses are situated in a large park (5500 m²) dotted with pines, fruit- and olive-trees.

The large house «l’ulivo» offers all conveniences and a lot of space on 3 floors.

• Description of the 3 floors: 220 m²  for a total of 8 pers.
• ground floor: main entrance, wardrobe, large living room, library, TV, WC, kitchen, side room with washing machine, iron/ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, blender, toaster, caffettiere …  
  
• first floor: a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower/WC/hydromassage bathtub; terrace with separate entrance/exit
  second floor: 2 bedrooms (each with double bed), bathroom with shower/WC; mobile fans in the bedrooms
• child-friendly (high chair, cradle, toddler bed, toys, books) 
  
• the grounds belonging to the property with about 60 trees are at your free disposal; depending on the seaseon, you may of course also harvest the fruits that have just ripened, such as apples, peaches, pears, figs, lemons, grapes, khaki …
  
• access to the garage with mobile barbecue, firewood, charcoal, deck chairs and a GARLANDO table football game
  
• swing, garden furniture, hammocks are available
  
• bath towels, towels for the sea and the bed linen are ready for you

The smaller house «il pino» is a charming brick house. Compared to the big house, the comfort may be somewhat more modest (for example there’s no dishwasher) – but apart from that it also offers a lot of amenities for a pleasant stay!

• Description of the 2 floors: 112 m² for a total of 4 persons
• ground floor: living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, blender, toaster, caffettiere …
• first floor: a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds; mobile fans per bedroom; exit to small terrace
  
• if desired: washing machine, iron/iron board are available in the house opposite (by arrangement)
  
• the grounds belonging to the property with about 60 trees are at your free disposal; depending on the seaseon, you may of course also harvest the fruits that have just ripened, such as apples, peaches, pears, figs, lemons, grapes, khaki …
